Below is an extract of the general terms and conditions that apply to all services provided by SASHA (hereinafter referred to as \u201cSasha<\/strong>\u201d) and form an integral part thereof.<\/em><\/p>

COACHING SERVICES<\/span>:
The terms and conditions linked to the coaching services are the subject of a separate and specific agreement, the “Coaching agreement”.<\/em><\/p>

PROGRAMS AND PACKAGE DEALS<\/span>:
The terms and conditions, guidelines and set of rules linked to the programs and the package deals can be found on Thinkific.<\/em><\/p>

In any case, the terms and conditions linked to each service will be provided for you to review and approve before the collaboration begins.\u00a0<\/em>

Agreement \/ Collaboration\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

The collaboration between SASHA and The Client begins once The Client has agreed to the terms and conditions of SASHA (document sent separately by email or made available through the learning platform THINKIFIC – depending on the selected service) and the price of the selected service is paid in full (or – if payment in installment for the selected service is available and granted – once the first installment is paid).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Payment conditions\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

One-off sessions<\/span>:
Every one-off session must be paid in cash, or by TWINT, or PayPal or Stripe at the end of the session.
No deferred payment or invoice will be granted (payment at the end of the session<\/em>).<\/p>

For package deals (LIVE) and programs<\/span>:
The payment it to be made directly via Thinkific before the start of the package deal (live) or the program. If a payment in installment is available and granted for the selected service, the first installment must be paid in order for the package deal (live) or program to start.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>

Cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Any cancellation with a less than 24 hours\u2019 notice are due and the Session will have to be paid in full. In case of a no-show, the same conditions apply.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

No-refund policy<\/span><\/h2>

With the exception of the coaching services which includes a variation to this clause (see below), no refund may be claimed by the Client for any performed, unperformed, or canceled session. This clause is not limited in time.<\/p>

Coaching Services<\/span>:
Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Intellectual property<\/span><\/h2>

All material provided (i.e. documents, texts, audios, videos, assessments) during and outside the coaching sessions, during and outside the programs, package deals and\/or services listed on the present website as well as on the THINKIFIC learning platform, is the exclusive property of SASHA. The documents, texts, audios and videos cannot under any circumstances be copied or distributed without the authorization of SASHA. Only private and personal use of the materials by the Client is authorized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

PROGRAMMES ET FORFAITS (PACKAGE DEALS)<\/span> :<\/em>

Accord \/ D\u00e9but de la collaboration<\/span><\/h2>

La collaboration entre SASHA et Le Client d\u00e9bute une fois que le Client a accept\u00e9 les termes et conditions de SASHA (document envoy\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment par email ou mis \u00e0 disposition via la plateforme THINKIFIC – selon la prestation s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e) et que le prix de la prestation s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e est pay\u00e9 en totalit\u00e9 (ou – si le paiement \u00e9chelonn\u00e9 de la prestation s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e est disponible et accord\u00e9 – une fois la premi\u00e8re \u00e9ch\u00e9ance pay\u00e9e).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Conditions de paiement<\/span><\/h2>

S\u00e9ances uniques<\/span>:
Chaque s\u00e9ance unique doit \u00eatre pay\u00e9e soit en esp\u00e8ces, ou par TWINT, ou via PayPal ou Stripe \u00e0 la fin de la s\u00e9ance.<\/p>

Annulation<\/span><\/h2>

Toute annulation doit \u00eatre notifi\u00e9e minimum 24 heures avant le d\u00e9but du rendez-vous. Toute annulation intervenant dans un d\u00e9lai inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 24 heures est d\u00fbe et devra \u00eatre pay\u00e9e en int\u00e9gralit\u00e9. Politique de non-remboursement<\/span><\/h2>

A l’exception du service de coaching qui comprend une variation \u00e0 cette clause (voir ci-apr\u00e8s), aucun remboursement ne pourra \u00eatre r\u00e9clam\u00e9 par Le Client pour toute s\u00e9ance r\u00e9alis\u00e9e, non r\u00e9alis\u00e9e ou annul\u00e9e. Cette clause n’est pas limit\u00e9e dans le temps.<\/p>

Services de coaching<\/span>:
Le Client s’engage \u00e0 r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer la Coach pour tous les services de coaching rendus jusqu’\u00e0 et y compris la date effective de r\u00e9siliation de la relation de Coaching.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle<\/span><\/h2>

L’ensemble du mat\u00e9riel fourni (soit documents, textes, audios, vid\u00e9os, assessments) pendant et en dehors des s\u00e9ances de coaching, durant et en-dehors des programmes et\/ou des services list\u00e9s sur le pr\u00e9sent site ainsi que sur la plateforme d’enseignement THINKIFIC, est propri\u00e9t\u00e9 exclusive de SASHA. Les documents, textes, audios et vid\u00e9os ne peuvent en aucun cas \u00eatre copi\u00e9s, distribu\u00e9s sans l’autorisation de SASHA. Seule l\u2019utilisation priv\u00e9e du mat\u00e9riel par Le Client est autoris\u00e9e.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
