Change is constant and inevitable…<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/h4>
The only thing we can do is:
<\/strong>CHANGE our perspective on CHANGE.<\/span><\/h6>
Change flows – as shown beautifully by the natural cycles, the seasons, the weather…
while the human beings seem to be the only species resisting change.<\/span><\/h6>

Why?<\/span><\/h4>
Mainly because of that part of the mind that makes us cling to the past and project the future –
making it a whole lot harder when change – that is inevitable – knocks at our door.<\/span><\/h6>
There is however one simple thing we can always get back to and which makes everything way easier:<\/span><\/h6>
PRESENCE.
<\/strong>… AND PRESENCE IS EVERYTHING.<\/span><\/h6>
Presence in what we do,
in what we feel,
in what we say,
in the actions we take –<\/span><\/h6>
for, the body (and its senses) is a powerful vessel.<\/span>
And so is the mind if we use it for what it is – a tool – no more, no less.\u00a0<\/span><\/h6>
It may sound dumb but we – as human<\/span>s – are so good in getting caught in (sometimes very petty) drama,<\/span>
that we tend to forget that the majority of what we do, we do automatically –<\/span><\/span><\/h6>
without Conscious Awareness,<\/span>
without Presence…<\/span><\/h6>
Everything is created in the Present moment and,
it is to this very state that you are welcomed to come back.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h6>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
