Training is a word with a broad scope…
for some, ‘training’ means intensity, load and leaving the comfort zone,

for others, it is about maintaining the body in shape in a softer manner.

Whatever the intention with which one approaches sports practice,
the fundamental element remains the connection to oneself,
to one’s body during the execution of a movement.

Why?

There are many reasons but in particular:

FOCUSED ATTENTION

The expected effect is intensified because the attention is focused on what is being activated (the part of the body, the muscle/s).

KEEP SAFE

It allows to remain safe when performing, particularly complex movements which can cause significant injuries if performed incorrectly.

PRESENCE

We stay present in the moment, on what we're doing and not busy with the list of errands we need to run next.

FEEL WHAT'S RIGHT

And most importantly, it allows us to feel what's right for us, for our physiology, our shape of the moment and to adjust what needs to be, if need be.


What I teach through my trainings also constitutes a series of good practices that are useful in everyday life.


My trainings are progressive and it is not about pushing the body to its limit in an extreme way or

an uncontrolled manner but to train smart.

Stay in shape? Run a marathon? Lose weight? Improve your cardio?

‘All directions’ often means: no direction.

We all have different objectives, goals, needs and wishes
and that’s exactly what I mean by:
“Know what you train for”.

MY AREAS OF EXPERTISE.

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

FT is about training the most muscle groups in a single movement. This type of training improves performance, coordination, cardio, muscular strength and balance.

MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

Training targeted at increasing cardio-muscular capacity. One of my favorite.

HIIT (High Intensity)

(High Intensity Interval Training) This training is made of very high intensity intervals and low intensity intervals. It dramatically improves cardio and resistance.

MUSCULAR STRENGTH

Designed for gaining in muscular strength (all muscle groups - including the core). Light to heavy weights (up to 44 lbs/20 kg - ONLY for in-person sessions/on the premises)

CARDIO TRAINING

I like to base some of my cardio trainings on Boxing training. The goal is to increase the cardiopulmonary capacity and to facilitate the transport of oxygen in the blood.

POWERFUL ABS XPRESS

Abs Xpress is designed to make the most out of 15 min of specific core training. A strong core is the foundational pillar of any training - it keeps your spine and trainings safe.

Note: If you plan on lifting very heavy weights, I am not the person you’re looking for.
My training philosophy is to use first and foremost what Nature provided us with: the body.

With me, you’ll be mainly using light to medium weights – up to a maximum of 44 lbs/20 kg.
(I personally never train with super heavy weights).

ONLY YOU KNOW FOR YOURSELF.

Perhaps the type of trainings I offer are what you’re looking for – or maybe they’re not
only you know what you want for yourself.

In my trainings,
I walk you through progressive and complex movements to improve coordination, cardio, resistance and – on top of it – we have FUN
(because yes, my trainings are fun ;)).

You can’t measure the efficiency of such workouts until you get a taste of them.

Come back to yourself and move towards your objectives.

which are incredible training partners. They challenge balance, core and general strength/endurance, and coordination. They have been my training partners for years now and have never failed me.
