‘Synchronize? what?’
You know when you want to play a song on your computer but the song is nowhere to be found because your computer hasn’t synchronized with your most recent activity…
Same but with yourself… You know the feeling.
Synchronize is simply the act of going back to your heart, back to your center and to synchronize your vibration with that of Nature, with all-that-is.
It is about creating a space in which one observes, feels and notices their inner state, emotions,
and vibration – in a word: aligned to one’s true essence.
Synchronization can take many forms among which (to name a few):
meditative practice, sound healing (with music instruments or the voice), work with the sacred medicine plant Cacao, shadow work,… and many more).
In a world where we are constantly solicited from all sides, it is very easy to lose sight of who we truly are, in essence.
This disconnection can take the form of anxiety, depression, stress, sleep disorder, the impossibly to rest correctly – or worse, illness.
The SKYE Collection/CYCLES program cannot be accurately described in words because the very meaning lies beyond vocabulary.
It is a sound. It is vibration.
It is an energy that cannot be conceptualized with the mind
and it is from this space that I invite you to listen, to feel, to be the silent observer.

THE CRYSTAL BOWLS
The alchemy bowls produce sounds as if they come from another dimension… and I personally believe they do.
Meeting with the bowls is a meeting of another type, a meeting with the Soul – an experience once again difficult to define in words.
Each crystal bowl is unique and produces a unique sound – carrying its own medicine that allows us to access and to heal parts of ourselves.
Letting yourself be carried away by a bath of alchemical sounds is rejuvenating, revitalizing and filled with emotions. We can only humbly recognize and appreciate the vibratory power of the bowls which will always adapt to what each person is ready to receive. Because yes, the bowls will never sound the same way twice – they adapt wisely to their audience. Talking about it moves me greatly because their beauty and wisdom are so pure.
Only experience can speak.
KAKAW: THE FOOD OF THE GODS.
KaKaw is the fruit of a medicinal plant, the kakaw tree (theobroma tree) – coming from Central America and the northern part of South America.
Theobroma is the scientific Latin name and literally means “food of the gods.” The first uses currently recognized date back around 4,000 years by the Mayo Chinchipe people of Ecuador and then by other peoples highly connected to heaven and earth: the Toltecs, Olmecs, Maya, and the Aztecs.
These people had the knowledge and awareness of the power of kakaw which centers its energy on the opening of the heart.
Opening the heart leads to being in harmony with the cosmic dance and unlocks the doors to a deep, honest exploratory work.
Kakaw in its ‘ceremonial’ form is 100% pure.
Theobroma or Kakaw trees grow in the rainforest and the pods (fruits) are selected for their high vibration.
A conscious process – from harvest by hand, to fermentation to roasting the beans (seeds of the fruit) in the sun and then grinding them.
In this conscious and natural processing of the seeds, the kakaw does not suffer from any of the mistreatment
inflicted on the chocolate that is found on the shelves.
Therefore it preserves all its nutritional virtues and a high vibration which allows us to create this magical connection with its spirit.
Kakaw allows a general state of relaxation and facilitates awareness.
It is a magnificent plant.
It should also be noted that Kakaw is neither a psychotropic drug nor a hallucinogen.
At Sasha’s, we work with LavaLove cacao from San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala harvested & prepared with love by a mayan family (The Mendozas).

KOSHI WIND CHIMES (432 Hz) – pictured
There are 4 koshis for the 4 elements: Fire – Earth – Air – Water.
Their crystal sound make us travel as if we were carried by the wind to distant lands. They are enchanting and they facilitate relaxation and focus.
SHAMANIC DRUMS
The shamanic drum, as its name suggests, has been used by shamans for millennia. The shamans use the drum to reach a state of trance which give them access to higher levels of consciousness.
The work that we do with the drums is naturally not comparable to that of a shaman initiated by their peers, but the regular beating of the drum nevertheless allows a state of relaxation which facilitates the reception of messages, images (the type of message is specific to each person).
RAIN STICK
The stick imitates the sound of rain or a small waterfall. This enveloping sound literally lull us and it feels like we are inside a comfortable cocoon.
