Coaching is a very natural process that helps you gain clarity, methods and drive to accomplish your goals and plans.
Coaching is not about giving advice or ‘leading’ your choices, it is about helping you reveal and maximize your potential to achieve whatever it is you set for yourself.
ABOVE ALL, COACHING:
focuses on the Client’s individual growth and development.
is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to develop and maximize their potential (both professional & personal).
It is therefore essential that the Client finds the right coach for themselves.

Important.
- Coaching is neither psychotherapy, or any other form of therapy and Coaching does not offer any kind of treatment.
- It is also important to distinguish the role of a Coach and that of a Mentor:
a Mentor provides guidance, expertise, or wisdom to a Client while the role of a Coach is to empower the Client to find their own resources and to maximize their potential.
In Coaching, the Client owns their choices and their decisions. The Client is in the driver’s seat.
Process.
1/ Pretalk
The essential step prior to beginning the coaching process. Designed to explain the coaching framework and to define Coach-Client compatibility.
2/ Coaching process
We begin the coaching process based on your theme/objective (by Zoom or in-person).
3/ Feedback
Feedback is an important part of the coaching process. It ensures that partnership between the Coach and the Client serves its purpose.
4/ End of session
The session ends.

The most powerful and meaningful examples are – in my opinion – always the personal ones.
Here’s a personal example of what coaching can be about (but is not limited to) :
My brand… the Lion was born during a coaching session I was given by one of my fellow coaches (thank you again, Susan).
(At the time, I was going through an intense period of self-reflection on how to give birth to a project I was working on.)
The Lion was not the topic of the session – not at all – but as the session went by, it became an evidence that the Lion would be part of my journey, in a way or another.
I could never have imagined how inspiring the King of the Savannah would be for me.
My initial project took a turn and rose to a whole new level, one driven entirely by the heart.
Driven by MEANING & PURPOSE.
You see, we ALL need a little help at some point.
Coaching naturally takes place when we need support to think outside the box – the box being the powerful, yet limiting, human mind
– until we are encouraged to lift the head and take some perspective.
Life can surprise you if you allow it.
