Change is constant and inevitable…

The only thing we can do is:
CHANGE our perspective on CHANGE.

Change flows – as shown beautifully by the natural cycles, the seasons, the weather…
while the human beings seem to be the only species resisting change.

Why?

Mainly because of that part of the mind that makes us cling to the past and project the future –
making it a whole lot harder when change – that is inevitable – knocks at our door.

There is however one simple thing we can always get back to and which makes everything way easier:

PRESENCE.
… AND PRESENCE IS EVERYTHING.

Presence in what we do,
in what we feel,
in what we say,
in the actions we take –

for, the body (and its senses) is a powerful vessel.
And so is the mind if we use it for what it is – a tool – no more, no less. 

It may sound dumb but we – as humans – are so good in getting caught in (sometimes very petty) drama,
that we tend to forget that the majority of what we do, we do automatically –

without Conscious Awareness,
without Presence…

Everything is created in the Present moment and,
it is to this very state that you are welcomed to come back.
